GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR) NOTICE
The French Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety (ANSES), represented by its General Director, is responsible for the collection, processing and sharing of all personal data resulting from the OccWatch platform.
The Director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs is also the Data Protection Officer (saisine-daj@anses.fr). Personal data will be kept for the duration of participation in the network.
In accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 entitled “General Data Protection Regulation” (GDPR) on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free circulation of such data, as well as the French law of 6 January 1978 on information technology and individual rights, you have the right to access, rectify, limit, and in some cases delete, the information that concerns you.
You may also, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of your personal data. Information concerning you is sent by email to the administrators of OccWatch. Those wishing to exercise this right should contact the administrators of OccWatch at occwatch@anses.fr
